Mostly it is not the model but the photographer who is the author of these photos. If you want to upload photos that represent you, you also need the consent of the photographer. This even applies if you’ve paid for your photos. Please keep in mind that photographers can claim damages, which can amount to a few hundred dollars per photo. Therefore, only upload photos to which you can prove that you have all rights. It is best to have this consent given to you in writing. Professional photographers will give you this approval without any problems. Do not rely on verbal promises.
