The most common reason for the lack of e-mail notification sent by our website is that the recipient’s server recognizes the message as unsolicited and directs it to the SPAM folder. This is where you should check in the first step if the system notification message has not arrived in your inbox. The next most common problem with e-mail communication is having e-mail in the WP.PL, O2.pl, Tlen.pl, iCloud.com domains. 

These portals use too restrictive anti-spam filters, which often unjustly results in our messages being rejected. Unfortunately, there is currently nothing we can do about it from a technical perspective, and we recommend the simplest solution, setting up a mailbox for contacts with us on any other free service, such as; gmail.com, proton.me, gmx.net etc.
